Initial Booking Payment

A 30% initial booking payment is required to confirm your reservation.

Final Balance Payment

The balance of your trip’s payment must be received at our office before departure.
An email reminder will be sent to the email address on your booking.
We reserve the right to release your reservation without compensation or refund if you are unable to pay your balance or we cannot contact you.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations prior to departure are fully refundable or may be transferred to a new booking without an administrative fee for the following cases:
– Diving Daily Trips : cancellations received more than 1 month before the trip
– Overnight and Cruises : cancellations received more than 3 months before the trip

This service can be done once only per booking.
Note that transferred payments may only be applied as credit towards final payment, and an initial payment is still required on the new booking.
Cancellations received outside the above periods are non-refundable.

RichelieuDiving reserve his right to cancel bookings if the quota of passengers is insufficient to guarantee the trip departure (4 divers minimum).
Payment will be totally refunded, and RichelieuDiving will propose an equivalent trip on a different boat.

We do our best to fill the boat and if the ship is full on departure, we will refund the cancelled berths, less an administration fee of 3000 ฿ per berth on Overnights and Liveaboards, and 1000 ฿ for daily dives.
You may have the option to transfer the full amount to a future reservation.

A personal Medical diving insurance, such as DAN or DiveAssure, is a mandatory requirement for all of our expeditions.
Proof of insurance will be required prior to departure.
Daily dive insurance can also be purchased at our dive center for a little 200 ฿ / day.
We also highly recommend the purchase of travel/cancellation insurance.

Paperwork

A guest form requesting personal and diving information is available before the final purchase for each customer.

Guests who are unable to board an Andaman Scuba’s vessel because they have been denied entry into the country or lack the proper documentation will not be issued a refund or credit.
